First STEPS CLASS

If you are new to Live Oak and would like to learn more about us please join us for this hour-long “Live Oak 101” class. You’ll meet some people, learn some things that will help you understand who we are, and you can ask any questions you have.  This class will take place during our 11:30am service once a month.

NEXT STEPS CLASS

Next Steps Online Class is a perfect class for those who consider Live Oak home or want to make Live Oak their church home. You’ll dig into our mission, values and beliefs and what these look like fleshed out in our various ministry areas.  You’ll also come away with an understanding of what your personal next steps are with God and/or at Live Oak. This is a great next step after First Steps Class but you do not have to take First Steps in order to engage this class content!

GROUP LIFE

You were not created to do life alone. The Church offers you Christ and Community and we need both to be able to grow spiritually and take our next steps in following Him.

Discipleship Relationships

You will often hear us say that we believe in the transformational power of Christ and community, because we really do!  Community can look a lot of ways…small groups and serving teams are meaningful places of connection.  Another aspect of community we recommend, that will allow you to go deeper is a discipleship relationship or group.

Serve

God has given each of us gifts and talents to be used to further His Kingdom. At Live Oak we want to help you find a place to serve and use YOUR gifts.

REACH OUT

We believe wherever you find yourself on a Monday morning is your personal mission field. And that loving and serving your next door neighbor, co-worker and classmate is what we are called to do as we REACH the world. However, we also have organized efforts to reach our city, state and world.

Give

Giving cheerfully and sacrificially of your finances is part of a life of worship. When you give, your contribution moves the mission forward here at Live Oak and also across the globe, as Live Oak seeks to give an increasing amount of our general budget to what God is doing all over the world.  When you give it not only helps us impact the world, it also impacts your own heart.
