Worship Through Giving
Your Gift has an Impact
Giving cheerfully and sacrificially of your finances is part of a life of worship. When you give, your contribution moves the mission forward here at Live Oak and also across the globe, as Live Oak seeks to give an increasing amount of our general budget to what God is doing all over the world. When you give it not only helps us impact the world, it also impacts your own heart.
It is super simple to give here using the red button below. We also encourage you to download the Live Oak Community Church App on Google Play and the iTunes App Store for access on your mobile device. You can also give on Sundays in person using our Offering Stations located at the rear of the auditorium and in our foyer. We do not “pass a plate” during our Sunday services, but those collection stations are always accessible for you!

More About giving
Giving, also called tithing, is viewed at Live Oak as an act of worship, just like singing or praying. It is about recognizing that everything we have comes from God and we are called to trust Him with our resources, with a posture of open hands. We get to steward what He has given us, which is the act of taking care of valuable things on behalf of someone else. In this case, God has entrusted us with resources, time, gifts, and relationships.
The church encourages being good stewards of all that God has given, especially financial resources. Financial giving enables Live Oak to fulfill its mission, keep the church running, support staff and volunteers, provide curriculum, and create engaging environments. Additionally, 10% of the church’s annual budget goes toward missions, supporting work both locally and globally.
When it comes to giving there is no set amount required for giving. While 10% (a tithe) is mentioned in Scripture, the important thing is to start giving something, regularly, sacrificially and prayerfully.
Giving can be done in person at offering stations or online through the church’s app and website, with online giving being the most popular and convenient method.
